Frequently Asked Questions
Are you accepting new patients or walk-ins?
Yes, we love caring for new people and currently have room for new patients on our schedule. You can call or click here to set up your initial appointment with us today! We’re happy to accept walk-ins, however we prioritize Concierge members and appointments.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we do. We also accept HSAs & FSAs. Call or come in today to find out more and how we can help you make the most of your coverage. Additionally, you can check out our membership programs designed to maximize the value for our patients and in many cases the cost of care turns out to be less than the patient’s insurance deductible.
Do you offer any convenience packages or visit sharing?
Yes, in fact our concierge program is designed for just that! We offer a range of coverage that allows you to come in for your appointments knowing that regardless of the care provided the payment is covered and you can just hop in & out for your visit without having to stop by the desk to pay. Additionally when you add more people to the concierge plan you’re able to share the visits. This value add allows a family member with an injury or other need the flexibility of greater care without the greater expense.
Are there special rates for children or families?
Yes there are! We offer a reduced membership price for couples and an inexpensive family plan for any size family. We understand the need for larger families to receive care, so come take advantage of our low cost family plan and FREE care for children under two years of age following an exam.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts through our memberships on almost all of our services. With the restrictive and rising costs of insurance coverage, many consumers are not aware that our membership pricing can cost even less than their insurance deductibles!
Why did you choose to go with memberships?
After seeing first hand how difficult and restrictive it can be for patients and doctors to use insurance coverage for their healthcare I wanted to find a way to give my patients the care they needed, at a cost they could afford, with value built in that the insurance companies couldn’t compete with. Using the memberships allows us to offer special discounts, simple & transparent billing, and removes the restrictions that insurance places on patient care by taking the power out of their hands and putting it back in your own.
What is chiropractic and why is it important?
Chiropractic is a special branch of healthcare that focuses on treating spinal and other joint misalignments that cause irritation or interference to the body’s control network, the nervous system. These misalignments are called subluxations, and they interfere with the body’s ability to communicate with & regulate it’s organs, muscles, hormones, and more. The effect this has on the body is profound, especially over time, so Chiropractors adjust the misalignments back into position to restore as much of the body’s natural function, movement, and healing as possible.
How long will I need care for?
This is a common question and some will even tell you “once you go to the chiropractor you have to come back forever”. Well here’s the deal… going to the Chiropractor is kind of like going to the dentist, once you’ve gone through all the hard work to make the problem right, it’s easier to maintain those gains than to ignore them and wait for the problem to return again. Chiropractic care is about finding and treating the root cause of your health problem and not just the symptoms.
Corrective care is what most of our patients come in for because they want the maximum improvement that we can get them. For an adult with a problem that has persisted for years or decades, 36 adjustments is typical. For a teen it’s usually 10-15, and for children to babies it’s even fewer. For adults especially, the investment in their health is worth maintaining and so they opt to return regularly for wellness care.
